SMART-5097 Electromagnetic Inspection System

SMART-5097 is the special equipment for surface testing of multiple unit trains. It is designed with powerful functions, advanced technology, excellent expandability and portability. The high sampling rate of 80M with 12-bit A/D, DSP and SMT technologies combining perfectly with modern electronics and embedded technique make it become the most advanced NDT device in the world. The power is supplied by new solid state lithium battery, and two displays of TFT true-color display and EL display can be selected as per users’ demands.

With high integration and intelligence, SMART-5097 is easy to operate. Professionals will preset the equipment parameters, such as frequencey, gain, phase and filter etc. Then the operators can easily access the parameters for testing on the spot. The software of this equipment is designed with friendly interface, simple operations and hot key of help. Users can work with it without long training.

Application	SMART-5097 can test defects of metal materials with high sensitivity, specially for defects as the following: axial defects such as cracks, submerged joints or openings on the surface; slowly varying or long defects caused in the course of using; concave and convex for both external and internal walls etc. Since the equipment can test both longitudinal and transverse defects, it is specially suitable for testing workpieces with extensive areas even without magnetic saturation devices.
